Priority Dispatch Courses

All discussion is open, please keep it 911 dispatch related and civil. We are a gathering place for 911 dispatchers to vent/talk/collaborate on things relating to the wonderful world of public safety communications. Please no politics here, they will be removed as well as brigades of any kind. Also, we are not a 9/11 or September 11th 2001 sub (Welcome to the night shift..) Hello How worth while would it be to take a Dispatch training classes provided by Priority Dispatch (the same people who make ProQA)? what would be the pros and cons? If it helps at all I’m looking to Dispatch for an agency in northern Colorado. Thank you for your service and time.
